I used to suffer with anxiety.
I grew up with anxiety in my system.
It lived in my breath, my body, and my thoughts.
For years, I thought it was just how I was built.
But then I realized something powerful:
I am not anxiety.
My body was holding patterns that could be released.
Through movement, meditation, and eventually Himalayan Kriya Yoga… everything began to shift.
