HOW TO USE THIS COURSE

This course is divided into 3 sections:

1) Information on Anxiety - this section contains some information on why we get anxious in terms of nervous system function so you can understand anxiety better. I tried to create it in the most compassionate way possible so you can understand the natural processes involved in how you feel.

This section also comes with an Information Manual on Anviety Relief which will give you many lifestyle tips that you can include in your day to day to help you manage how you feel. You can download it and carry it with y ou for convenient access.

2) Information of Himalayan Kriya Yoga - this section contains information on Himalayan Kriya Yoga which is the main modality that I share with you in this course that I have found very helpful in my own healing journey. The first video is a description of what it is.

The second video is a practice session on how to relieve headache using himalayan kriya yoga. It not only works to release a headache but also works to prevent the from happening when used frequently. This video has helped many people be headache free.

3) Himalayan Kriya Yoga Practices - this section includes 3 different types of practice videos which you can apply as per your personal needs and schedule:

a) Basic Breathing for Anxiety (15 min videos) 1 morning and 1 evening practice

b) Himalayan Kriya Short Practices (5 mins each) to apply as per need anytime

c) Himalayan Kriya Long Practice For Anxiety Relief - (1 hour)
